Sold Waterfront home. I had my home for sale with 5 other realtors and could not sell. I requested Chuck to come to my home and fill me in on market and true value of home. This was not low ball or over value of home. I took his advice and listed it with him. He was very informative and true to his word. After listing with him I got offers in the first month and was able to sale my home on the water with pool. If you want a positive experience … When my parents after sixty years of living together in the first and only house they ever lived in I immediately know I wanted Chuck to be our Realtor. I had worked with Chuck at the Post Office for a number of years and knew his character. Great guy, detail oriented and knows his stuff. Our experience could not have been better. Always available to help with little issues that come up. He always is prompt with his return calls as well. If you want good luck go with Chuck lol

Found our dream home with Chuck. My sister referred us. What a blessing he has been. Chuck has been nothing less than perfect. He knew exactly what we were looking for and within two weeks and five houses later we found are home . His knowledge of the housing market is why we found our house immediately. He was very in tune with our needs. he took us through everything. He answered any questions we had, if he didn't know the answer he would get back to us immediately. He helped us with finding agents for Title company and many others during the process. We were very pleased with the individuals he referred us to. He was a professional throughout the whole process, and always was completely honest through the whole process. I wish we could use him again unfortunately this is our forever home.
